Saleswoman was terrible to work with. I waited to be served while she was clearly on a personal call only to be served in a confrontational manner. To top off the experience, it was to make an exchange and while I told her I absolutely wanted to stay in the price range she ended up charging us and saying the promotion no longer applied. She refused to speak to me in English, and couldn't even answer my questions on the quality of the product. Get a new profession. Last time I will ever shop there.
Service excrable, aucune courtoisie. La fille veut me faire payer 40$ pour des vis qui sont tombs d'une montre Diesel achete il y a 3 mois. Elle a aussi insinu que je les avais volontairement dvisses. La montre devrait pourtant tre garantie car c'est clairement un dfaut de fabrication. Bref, ne faites pas affaire avec ces personnes.
I've been their client for at least eight years now ,every and each time I had a very good service ,very friendly employees and very joyful and most of all you feel very warmly welcomed every time u stop by.they don't just sell to make money they all the time give you some good advice about the choice which suits each person's style...im assuming that they had the manager and another employee for a long time.which gives u a sense of confidence...they are very knowledgeable about their merchandise...As a personal opinion there were the only place who helped me with my watch after me being in few jewelery stores uncapable to repair my watch.it was and still be a pleasant experience
Great service both during and after the sale, sales representative knows her watches.
Lady working there is unfriendly. Plus Charged extra for a watch battery change AFTER changing it. because she claims MK watches are harder to service
